Troubleshooting steps for Parents/Household Admins cannot see teams on the Mobile App

If you have a Household Admin reporting they are unable to view their team(s) when accessing the mobile app, check the following settings:

1. Is access for Parents/Players to view their team(s) enabled at the grouping level?

2. Is the season end date not past 30 days?

  • Access to teams on the web, as well as the mobile app, will automatically expire 30 days after the season-end date to ensure users are only engaging with active teams within each season. Teams will also not be accessible if your season-end date has been left blank.

  • If your team staff or other team members still need access to Teams after the season-end date has passed, simply enter a future season-end date.

  • To check the season-end date, go to the Season Structures product > choose your competition/season > click on the edit button at the season level. The season-end date will be in the season attributes section.

3. Ask the user to verify they are listed as a Household Admin via their Mobile App profile.

  • Users can verify if they or any of their household members are Household Admins by going to their Account view on the mobile app. Once on the My Account screen, tap on the household name, and any members with a crown icon across from their name will indicate they are HHAs.
