Allowing registrants to sign up for more than one grouping during a single registration process is available in Programs > Participant Reg > Setup.
There are two options:
Allow Multiple Seasonal Registrations for the Same Participant: Prevent the same player from registering for that season more than one time. When enabled, participants can register multiple times within the same season, such as for multiple teams or divisions.
Allow Multiple Grouping Selections for the Same Participant: Present the available groupings as checkboxes (instead of a dropdown) to allow registrants to check multiple groupings during a single registration process - this would be an ideal setup option for camps and training programs. When disabled, participants can only select one grouping per registration, which is suitable for single-team or league scenarios. Additionally, ensure the 'Direct to Team' option is disabled to avoid conflicts when this setting is enabled.
