View not only an individual's contact information, but also any additional information associated with their UUID, from one convenient domain-wide Person Profile page.
The Person Profile page includes personal contact information plus additional tabs based on other data categories that are tied to the individual's account.
The page is divided into two sections: the Profile Photo (right) and the Profile Content (left). The Profile Photo is always visible. All other Profile content is displayed in tabs across the top. The tabs available will vary based on what data is associated with the individual.
Profile Info (Default)
Every Person Profile will include the Personal Info tab. Within the Profile Info tab, system-provided data is always included (Birthdate, Gender, Proof of Birth, Email, Phone, Household Name, and Household Address/City/State/Zip).
Custom "Household > Household Members" data attributes will appear below the system-provided data, if applicable.
Participant Registrations
A tab titled Registrations will appear if the individual has been registered as a Participant for a Season.
When selected, this tab reveals any Custom "Household > Registration Participants" data attributes, if applicable.
A table with information from the "Search Participants Data" tab (in Household Management) that applies to this individual will also be listed.
Volunteer Registrations
The Volunteer/Staff tab is displayed if the person has been registered as a Volunteer or manually added as a Team Staff for a Season.
This section will display Custom "Household > Seasonal Volunteers" data attributes if applicable.
A table with information from the "Search Volunteers Data" tab (in Household Management) that applies to this individual will also be listed.
Club Player
A tab titled Club Player is shown if the individual has any Club Management Player registrations.
The tab reveals Custom "Club >Players" data attributes, if applicable.
A table with the same "Player History" information as seen on the Club Management page is available.
Club Team Staff
The Club Staff tab is displayed in a person has any Club Team Staff registrations.
The tab includes Custom "Club > Team Staff" data attributes, if applicable.
A table is listed with the same "Team Staff History" information that is shown on the RosterPro Club Team Staff page.
Club Official
The Club Official tab is shown if the individual is listed as a Club Official for any Club.
When clicked, the tab shows any Custom "Club > Officials" data attributes, if applicable.
A table with the same information found in the "Club Official History" table (found on the Club Club Official page) is listed.
Competition Official
A Competition Official tab will appear if the individual is listed as a Club Competition Official for any Competition/Program.
The tab includes Custom "Competition > Official" data attributes, if applicable.
The table will display the same "Competition Official History" information found on the Club Competition Official page.
To access a Client Person Profile page, simply click on an individual's linked name in any of the following locations:
