Defined within program years, age groups are based on the players’ ages for team creation and play throughout the year. Those with full admin access are the only users permitted to create, define, and manage age groups for their organization.
From the navigation, select Settings > Seasonal > Age Groups.
In the top right-hand corner, select your Program Year. If the Program Year already has existing age groups configured for the season, they will display on the screen.
To add an age group, click the Add Age Group button. Enter the age group name, the oldest birthdate, and the youngest birthdate. Click Create once complete.
Repeat as necessary until all age groups for the Program Year have been created.
Once created, you can use the reposition icon to move age groups by dragging and dropping on the screen, modify age groups with the edit icon, or remove them with the delete icon.
