Where Do I Find and Update Emergency Contacts on a Household Record?

To edit a household’s emergency contacts, select Members from the navigation. Search for the household, then click the household name link to open their household record.

To edit an Emergency Contact, scroll to the Additional Emergency Contact section and click on the edit icon to the right of the contact. Edit the information as necessary and click Save.
