Users can reset their own password if they have forgotten it by navigating to their registration login screen and clicking on the Forgot password link. This step can also be done by any Admin.
Enter the address to reset the email that is on file so that the password reset email can be sent.

I don't have access to my email or password
If you’ve forgotten the password used to access your OTTO Sport account but still have access to the associated email address, exit this dialogue and use the Forgot Password link located on the login screen to reset your password. If you’ve forgotten or lost access to the email address for your OTTO Sport account, we’ll do our best to help.
