If your email and household info have been imported into your organization’s system, and you have never logged in previously, follow these steps to claim your account:
1. Click “Forgot password or Retrieve Account.”
2. Enter your email address associated with your previous registration account and click “Send Instructions.”
3. Navigate to your email inbox and find the automated email sent from the OTTO Sport system with the subject line: “OTTO Sport Account Confirmation”.
4. Open the automated email and click “Confirm My Account.”
5. After clicking “Confirm My Account” from the automated email (see step 4), the registration system will open, and you will be able to reset your password.
6. Once your account is activated, you can proceed with registering your child for any program offered by your organization.
