When a credit card refund is given, it immediately goes out on the OTTO Sport side. Once OTTO Sport initiates the refund, the credit card company has to actually give it. This normally takes about 24 hours to go through. However, the credit card/bank has up to 30 days to issue the refund to the cardholder. On average, the transaction takes 3-4 days.
