If your league is utilizing the Club Directory element, you can export club personnel information. Within the Club Directory, there is a data export function built in that allows you to export data regarding players, staff, and club officials. You can access this by following these steps:
From the admin home screen, click on Elements
Choose Club Directory
Click on the link called Export Players/Staff
If you click on Club Officials, you can export a list of all officials. On the next screen, you can filter what information you want to export, such as any or all clubs, good/bad standing clubs, only users with admin access, and certain roles.
Some may have two other links listed on the export page called Players and Team Staff. These links will be available if you collect rosters and team contacts using the Registration system.
Choose the format you want the file to be saved as and enter your email address.
Press Submit. An email will be sent your way, plus the file will be saved on the Data Export screen.
