Add contacts to clubs within the Club Directory element

You can give all club contacts access to the Club Directory so they can update their other contacts, apply for upcoming league games, view the club schedule, enter scores, and update field permits. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. From the admin home page click on Elements

  2. Select Club Directory

  3. Choose a club

  4. Click on Club Administration

  5. You should see a link called Add new Club Official. Click on this link.

  6. Then add your new person and give them admin rights (if you want) and you can send them a pin # but you don't have to because they can request it from the system.

  7. Save your changes.

  8. Optional Step - Once the new club official is created, you can modify it (click the green plus sign) and then check the box to Hide from public and notify on game change. If you check off either of these options, then remember to save your changes.
