Game Change Notification for Referees

To add the referee assignor as a contact so he/she will receive blast e-mails when a game has been changed please follow these steps:

1. From the admin home screen select "Elements."
2. Choose, "Field Complex Administration."
3. Next, select "Maintain Field Permits."
4. In-between each permit group and the complexes is an image of contacts. Click on a contact icon for one of your permit groups. If you have created one then they will be listed.
5. To create a new one select, "Add a New Field Permit CONTACT" (green box in the top-left hand corner).
6. Enter the first name, last name, and e-mail address. Click save. It will take you to a screen of all permit groups and the individual contacts. When you make a change to the schedule, the individual(s) listed next to the Permit group that was affected will receive notification of a change.
