Full Admins and Assignors can view referee reports by selecting Reports > Referee Reports. Use the Reports drop-down menu to select from available reports.
Assignment Payouts: Displays a list of assignor and referee, payout status, and game information with Name, Role, Disbursement Type, Amount, Status, Account Verified, Game, Date/Time, Location, Game Details, Teams, Batch Date, Remark, and Row Actions.
Assignment Statuses: Displays the list of Competitions and Seasons with counts for: Total Number of Games, Games with Empty Assignments, Unsent Invitations, Invited Status Invitations, Accepted Invitations, and Declined Invitations.
Available for Transfer: Displays a list of games that are available to transfer with Game, Date/Time, Role, Name, Location, Game Details, and Teams.
Completed Assignments: Displays a list of referees that were assigned to completed games along with their role, decline reason, date of decline, associated Game ID, Game Date/Time, and Game Location. Click on the referee’s UUID located under their name to view their profile.
Declined Reasons: Displays a list of referees that have declined any game invitation along with their associated Game ID, Game Date/Time, game location, role, report status, and amount due. Click on the referee’s UUID located under their name to view their profile.
Game Incidents: Displays a list of flagged for review games along with columns for Game, Date/Time, Incident Memo, Submitted By, Location, Game Details, and Teams.
Game Reports: Displays all game reports for the selected season/competition. Full game reports can be viewed and managed from this view, along with columns for date/time, location, gender, age, grouping, teams, and referee information.
Payment Batches: Displays a list of initiated automated payment disbursals with Batch ID, Debit Status, Payment Status, Added By, Recipients, Payouts, Total, and Row Actions
Referee Assessment Reports: Displays all referee assessment reports as submitted by the designated assessor for the selected season/competition. Full assessment reports can be viewed and managed from this view, along with columns for date/time, location, gender, age, grouping, teams, and referee information.
