Is there an easy way to change the start time of all games on a field after a schedule has been created?
An admin user can move game times for a single field at one time, however, the system cannot do it automatically without changing the field permits and regenerating games. Follow these steps to change game information for a single field.
Go to Elements
Scheduling administration
Click on your season (if necessary)
Then click on Schedules by Field or Date under Audit Reports
Once the screen loads up click on the field name (do not click on the check-box click on the name of the field). The entire schedule for that single field will load up.
Click the link Edit All Times (first link in the green box). This link will let you modify the game #, date, time, and field for all games on the screen. Adjust the necessary information.
