What is the best way to modify an existing game on my schedule? There are four ways to modify a game. The easiest is a two step process (options 1 and 2), the third way is a bit more time consuming, but provides the same information as steps one and two. Option 4 provides a more all in one visual look.
Before you pick an option, make sure you are looking at a schedule in admin mode. Please follow these few steps first.
From admin home select Elements
Choose Scheduling Administration
Select your tournament/league at the top by clicking on your season
Select your age group to open up a list of your divisions
Click on the number of games under LIST GAMES for one of your divisions. You can open this in a new window or tab if you want.
Option 1: Edit All Times
In the green box under the standings you should see a link called EDIT ALL TIMES. This link allows you to modify the date, time, and field for all games in that single division.
Option 2: Edit All Teams
In the green box under the standings you should see a link called EDIT ALL TEAMS. This link allows you to modify all the teams for all the games in that single division.
Option 3: Edit (the green link next to each individual game)
Clicking on this link allows you to modify ALL the information for that single game. You can change the date, time, field, teams, results (who the game counts for), and phase (playoff games). Click Save and then League Schedule to return to the schedule. Or you can click the back button twice, just remember to refresh the schedule page to make sure your changes took place.
Option 4: Drag and Drop
Clicking on Drag & Drop Reschedule games link, found on the Scheduling Administration screen under Audit Reports. This will let you drag and drop games for an entire division schedule or field schedule.
