Full Admins can provide access to Season Team Documents for Club Teams based on team types. Access is managed in the Clubs product and can be granted to Club Admins and Team Staff as necessary.
1. From the navigation, select Settings > Clubs > Club Team Docs.
Note: Ensure that the correct Seasonal Scope is selected first.
2. Click the Documents drop-down across from each team type and select the appropriate document(s) you wish club admins and team staff to have access to on their team page
3. When Documents are selected for a team type, all matching seasonal club teams will display the Documents on the Documents subtab on the individual Team page views.
4. Next, click on Permissions. Switch the Allow team staff to view Team Page for specific team types to On and choose which team types staff will be able to view the team page. This will affect teams regardless of being in a season or not, for the respective seasonal scope.
Note: Team Staff access to Team Pages and Team Documents can also be managed per Season in Participant Registration. Any permissions and access settings applied in the Registrations Settings will have authority over these Club-level Settings. For example, Club Team Staff within a specific Season may have access to documents at the Season Level but not the Club Level.
