Admins can grant permission for Team Staff to access Team PDF Documents, which will be accessible to Team Staff when they log in and access the Team Page. To enable this setting and select which PDF documents are accessible to Team Staff, follow the steps below:
1. From the navigation, select Programs > choose your program and season > Seasonal Management (Seasonal Mgmt). Next, click the edit button at the season level.
2. The Edit Season Settings dialog will display on the screen. Click on Documents.
3. Use the slider to select (Yes/ No) Allow Team Staff to access Team PDF Documents. If yes, then use the Printable Forms menu to select which forms will be accessible to team staff.
βNote: Available options within the Printable Forms menu will pull from forms that are generated using Club Registration Data and Participant Data as created in the Form Builder > Printable Data Forms area.
4. Click Save once complete.
