For those organizations that are required to report registration information into the GotSport platform, a custom report can be added by request.
This report has been formatted to meet the exact import requirements of the GotSport platform and can be added by contacting OTTO Sport support at support@ottosport.ai. Please use the subject line: GotSport Custom Report Request.
Once the report has been added to your system, you will need to define the registration date ranges, program, season, and registration status to include in your report. An export option is available to download your results as needed for importing into the GOT platform.
