What Financial Reports Are Available in OTTO SPORT?

Learn where to find pre-built financial reports to track deposits, payments, refunds, and revenue across your organization

Staying on top of your organization's finances is a lot easier when the reports are already built for you. Admins can use several pre-built financial reports that cover everything from deposit summaries and outstanding balances to accounting codes and financial adjustments. Here's a look at what's available and how each report can help you stay organized.

To access the reports below, from the navigation, select Reports > Registrations > Participant Reg.

  • The Deposit Summary Report gives you a full picture of your deposits, breaking down gross transactions, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments, so there are no surprises when they hit your bank account.

  • The Remaining Payments Report gives you a full view of outstanding balances, both upcoming and past due, showing order dates, payment due dates, and how long a payment has been outstanding, with filters to narrow things down by program or season when needed.

  • The Accounting Report by Code is your go-to for revenue reconciliation. It organizes incoming funds by accounting code, whether that's donations, merchant fees, volunteer opt-out fees, chargebacks, or custom codes set up in your registration settings. Filter by deposit date or tender type to quickly find what you're looking for without sorting through everything manually.

  • The Household Paid Debits Report gives you a clear record of all miscellaneous charges that have been paid across household accounts, whether that's a program transfer fee, a late fee, a post-registration uniform purchase, or any other one-off charge added by an administrator.

  • The Household Unpaid Debits Report gives you a clear view of all miscellaneous charges that have been added to household accounts but haven't been paid yet, whether that's a late fee, a program transfer charge, or a post-registration add-on, so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • The Financial Adjustments Report is your go-to for tracking refunds and order adjustments. A simple yet important view that helps admins stay on top of any financial changes made throughout the season.
