Player evaluations are available on the OTTO Sport Mobile App. Coaches and team staff with evaluation permissions can complete and submit evaluations for any rostered player directly from their phone, no desktop required.
Note: An Admin must first set up and assign evaluation forms to the season before they appear in the mobile app. Admins can see How Do I Create, Apply, and Manage Player Evaluation Forms? for setup instructions.
How to Submit a Player Evaluation on Mobile
From the bottom navigation, tap Teams and select your team.
Tap Members to view the team’s rostered players.
Tap the player you want to evaluate to open their Player Profile.
Tap Evaluations.
Select the evaluation form you want to complete from the list of available evaluations.
Fill out the form and tap Submit when complete.

Who Can Submit Evaluations on Mobile
The same permissions that apply on desktop apply on mobile. Users who have been granted Can Submit access to an evaluation form can complete and submit evaluations from the app. This typically includes:
Full Admins
Directors
Team Staff/ Coaches
If you don’t see the Evaluations tab on a player’s profile, check with your Admin to confirm you’ve been granted submit permissions for that season’s evaluation form.
Viewing Submitted Evaluations
Users with Can View permissions can review submitted evaluations in two places on desktop: the Team Page under Reports > Evaluations, or directly on the player’s profile under the Evaluations tab.
Good to Know
The mobile evaluation experience is the same as the desktop version. The same forms, the same fields, and the same permissions will apply.
If no evaluation forms are available for a season, the Evaluations tab will not appear on the player’s profile.
Multiple evaluations can be submitted for the same player; each submission appears as a separate entry.
