How Do I Resolve/View Mentions that Weren't Attached to the Employee?

Edge will automatically associate review mentions to your team, but there are some cases where they will land in the 'Unmatched Mentions' section within the business account.

To view or resolve Unmatched Mentions, open the 'Dashboard' tab on the left and view the 'My Tasks' box. If there are any unmatched mentions to resolve, there will be an alert in the box. Clicking the alert will direct you to the unmatched mentions section to resolve.

To match a mention, click 'Manage' next to the review you'd like to match, then 'Match', and select the employee you'd like to associate the mention to or create a new employee if they haven't been added to the Leaderboard.

Please note, you will want to match the mention to the employee whose name is showing in bold within the review:

If another employee's name is in the mention and not bold, it means the review has already been matched to them.
