To report an SMS rating for flagging or to be hidden, employees can sign into their account and go to Recognition to view their SMS Feedback Ratings.
If there is a negative SMS rating that was incorrect, a mistake, or inappropriate, you can report/flag the review by clicking the 3-dot button on the right of the rating, then click "Report Review". This will hide the review from your view as well as exclude it from your overall stats shown at the top of the screenshot.
