What’s happening
All partners with AI Insights enabled have been automatically moved to the new experience (SmartReply/Reply with AI)
What’s changed
The previous AI Insights functionality has been replaced with a more streamlined and controlled experience:
Google Review Responses
AI now generates pre-drafted responses for every new review that can be approved and posted in one click
Users can edit drafts with specific instructions to better guide the AI
Tip: Partners can share brand guidelines with us so responses stay on-brand
Teams can bulk-approve drafted responses to save time while still maintaining final approval control
SMS Chat
AI drafting functionality remains, but the experience is now less cluttered and more intuitive (i will be communicating general updates to the chat UI separately)
Users can provide specific feedback on AI responses to better tailor messaging
What’s not changing (for now)
The page titled “AI Insights” will remain as-is for the time being
