Management now has the ability to edit billing information more quickly and effectively through the payment settings in the admin portal.
Navigate to 'Settings' on the left hand side, then "Location Settings". Please scroll down and select the "Stripe: Manage your Billing" box. This will redirect you to our payment portal on Stripe.
Here, you'll have the ability to connect your bank account or manage the billing to add a card on file. Adding a payment method will set up Autopay on your account so you won't need to continue to manually pay invoices!
Please note that if you have multiple locations, you will need to add your payment method to each location's settings.
Your Stripe portal will allow you to:
View current and past invoices
Update the preferred payment method/Add a card for AutoPay
Update the email addresses that get notified of these invoices
