How can I update the verbiage for the surveys sent to customers?

Please note that some industries have this section disabled due to toll-free messaging policies. If you would like to make a verbiage change request, you will need to reach out to your account manager.

Navigate to the 'SMS Settings' tab.

On the top you will see 'SMS Settings'. You can click to edit that flow or you can 'Add a new flow'. After updating or adding a new flow, please be sure to click the save button at the bottom of the page.
