To reset your Edge account password, follow these steps:
Go to the appropriate Edge login portal:
For employees: people.ouredge.com
For admins: business.ouredge.com
Click on the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" option.
Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
For management, please use Business.ouredge.com
For employees, please use People.ouredge.com
You will receive a one time code to your email. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folders for the code you will receive sent from no-reply@ouredge.com. Take this code and enter it on the Edge website and then enter a new password.If you encounter issues, ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account.
Remember, the password:
Must be 8 or more characters long
Must have one number
Must have one uppercase character
Must have one lowercase character
Must have one special character
