Login to the Employer website
Choose a location at the top right navigation bar:
It is important that you choose a specific location before resending an invite to an employee!
Navigate to 'My Team' > Employee Management
Click on the three dots to the right of the specific employee you would like to resend an invite out to:
From there, click 'Resent Invite':
Once that invite has been resent, please ensure that your employee searches 'Welcome to Edge' within their inbox and spam for the most recent invite! They will need to click the link within this email to finish activating their account and get logged in!
Please note that if the employee has already previously logged in, you will not be able to resend an invite out to them!
You will be able to find their login status information within the leaderboard under 'Last Login':
In addition, if the employee does not have a login status within the leaderboard:
You will not be able to resend an invite out to them and they will need to click 'Reset Password' to access their account!
