What is Edge's New Landing Page SMS Flow?

As of 9/25/24, Edge officially has switched over to a landing page rating flow. This means that once a customer receives the Edge SMS, they will be prompted to click a link within the text that will direct them to our new landing page where they can rate their experience.

The new flow helps eliminate any confusion around the rating scale. Instead of 1-5, there are emojis for the customer to select from, mirroring the 1-5 scale we previously had in place. Guests will also be able to easily see the employee who assisted them, as well as some of their interests, giving the survey a more personal touch.

If they choose a positive rating, they will be prompted to select from the available attributes to provide the business with more insights on their great experience:

Then will be prompted to Google to mention the employee online!

If they choose a negative rating, the customer will be asked to provide attributes on why they have a less-than-great experience:

And may also leave additional feedback that gets sent directly to the management team:

Any negative ratings and feedback will be available in the Chat tab within the Edge Business App. Additional analytics and data will be available in the Internal Feedback Analytics tab within the Business App.
