Reporting is at the heart of Outbase, as tracking and measuring what works—and what doesn't—empowers you to make more informed decisions to supercharge your outreach.

Campaign Performance

Let's delve into the key statistics and what they mean! The Campaign Performance statistics are displaying the overall results from your campaign(s).

You can filter your reports by selecting campaign(s), email account(s), and date ranges, to really drill down into what's been happening and then use this to improve and optimize your campaigns.

1. Prospects Engaged: This shows the number of individual prospects emailed from your campaign(s).

2. Emails Delivered: This shows the number of emails sent from your campaign(s).

3. Open Rate (Total): This shows the total number of emails opened, and what this is as a percentage.

4. Click Rate (Total): This shows the total number of emails where link(s) have been clicked, and what this is as a percentage.

Total clicks are per email, so if someone clicks 4 different links in an email or the same link twice in an email, this would count as 1 total click.

However, if someone receives 4 emails from you and clicks on links in 2 of those emails, this would count as 2 clicks.

5. Responses / Response Rate: This shows the number of prospects who have responded to your emails, encompassing both positive leads and declines. The Response Rate is presented as a percentage based on the numbers.

6. Leads / Lead Rate: This shows the number of prospects whose response has been resolved as a positive response, deferred interest or referral. The Lead Rate is presented as a percentage based on the numbers.

Report Breakdown

Outbase gives you a breakdown of reporting across 5 key areas:

  • Industry Report

  • Company Size Report

  • Sequence Report

  • Monthly Report

  • Daily Report

By exploring these statistics, you can gain valuable insights into your leads' source by industry, identify which industries exhibit the highest open rates, and assess where positive responses are concentrated, helping you evaluate whether your results align with your expectations.

Analyzing company size data allows you to understand how your campaign performs across various company sizes. Whether your goal is to secure numerous small deals, a handful of substantial ones, or something in between, this data provides a clear perspective.

Our data underscores the significance of follow-up emails. Keep a close watch on responses and lead rates throughout your email sequence, enabling you to determine if Email 3 outperforms or underperforms compared to Email 1.

Use the monthly reporting feature to monitor the impact of any changes made to your campaigns on a month-to-month basis. This reporting is also an excellent long-term tool for visualizing seasonal fluctuations, such as the summer slump and assessing their effects.

Gain insights into daily activities, from email sends to prospect engagement, allowing you to continually assess your domain's health and effectiveness while detecting any significant deviations that might indicate larger issues.
