In the competitive world of marketing, tailoring your campaigns to meet the specific interests of your audience is crucial for converting prospects into customers. Our new feature introduces a powerful tool for marketers to leverage insights from initial engagements, allowing for the re-engagement of prospects who have shown interest by opening or clicking on emails but haven't yet responded.

A key rule of this feature is its approach to engagement: prospects who have replied to a campaign email are considered engaged and are, therefore, ineligible to be moved to another campaign. This ensures your efforts are concentrated on those who have not engaged, refining your strategy for better effectiveness.

How to Reengage Prospects Effectively

Preparing for Reengagement

  • Campaign Setup: Ensure the campaign you want to move prospects into is already created before starting the re-engagement process.

  • Select Your Campaign: Go to the campaign you’re re-engaging prospects from and click on the ‘Prospects’ tab to access the details.

Identifying Your Prospects

  • Filter Prospects: Use specific criteria, such as email opens, link clicks, or the absence of replies, to identify which prospects are ripe for engagement.

  • Select Prospects: Refine your selection further by employing multiple selection criteria to pinpoint exactly which prospects to reengage.

Engaging the Reengagement Process

  • Initiate Transfer: Click on the 'Move' button in the prospects view of the specific campaign to begin the process.

  • Choose Destination Campaign: Select the campaign you wish to move the selected prospects to.

  • Confirm Your Action: Finalize the reengagement process by confirming the transfer of prospects.

Elevating Insights with Enhanced Reporting and Analytics

The introduction of this feature also brings with it sophisticated reporting and analytical tools designed to offer deeper insights into your campaign’s performance:

  • Engagement: Total count of first-time emails you've sent, to new prospects and those you're reconnecting with.

  • Emails Delivered: The total count of emails, including initial and follow-up messages, that have been successfully delivered to your prospects across all campaigns.

  • Total Open Rate: Calculates the number of opens by prospects against the number of emails delivered, offering insights into the general interest level across campaigns.

  • Unique Open Rate: Measures the number of opens by prospects, in relation to their total engagements with first-time emails, across campaigns.

  • Total Click Rate: Total number of clicks by prospects, on links within emails delivered across all campaigns, providing a comprehensive view of overall engagement.

  • Unique Click Rate: Compares the number of unique clicks by prospects against their total engagements across campaigns.

  • Response and Lead Rates: Percentage of engagements that have resulted in a reply to your email(s), including leads and declines.

Updated Views for Prospects and Companies

This feature update enhances the visibility and tracking of prospect and company activities, offering a clearer picture of engagement and interactions within specific campaigns. Prospects who have been moved will appear greyed out in the original campaign but will still display all historical actions related to that campaign's emails.
