With each calculator or quiz, you can find detailed analytics pertaining to the responses submitted by a user, including his or her lead and location information.
In order to view user details for a calculator or quiz select the calculator/ quiz from the dropdown. For this illustration, let's pick the calculator named ROI of Interactive Content Marketing.
Click on User details in the left sidebar in Analytics section or Analyze section in the Calculator or Quiz inside the Outgrow Development Studio.
Key Metrics
The User details section shows another set of key metrics about the user responses.
Average Result - What is the average or most popular result obtained by the users at large
Most Viewed on - Shows the device type where calculator has been viewed the most
Most Viewed Via - Shows the most effective source of traffic in terms of absolute numbers
To sort the data on any metric, click on the caret next to the column label.
Response for each question by User
To see user responses for each question as well as other user details like their location, phone number and email id, click on view details on the far right in the respective row.
The details of the user including his name, location, phone number, email id and response of each question will open in a drawer pop up on the right.
