Out of respect for the time of the clinicians as well as other patients who are waiting to be seen, Outro has a limited refund policy.

For initial consultations (the first appointment with your clinician), you may receive:

  • A 100% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment start time

  • No refund if you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time

  • No refund if you no-show for the appointment without prior notice.

No refunds are offered for other appointments; however, you may reschedule your appointment at any time.
