How to Add or Update Brand Voice Instructions
Go to Company Settings
Select AI Settings
Enter your brand voice instructions
You can refine your instructions by clicking Polish Instructions
You can also choose to apply the instructions to any combination of features by using the toggles for:
Winback responses
Automated responses
Online review responses
Save your changes
Review the sample responses and save further Instruction refinements, if needed
Once you're happy with your instructions, click the Enable Brand Trained AI Responses Toggle ON to begin generating responses according to your own guidance
How to disable Brand Voice Instructions
To disable the Brand voice instructions, an Admin can simply click the Enable Brand Trained AI Responses toggle to the OFF position.

AI can produce unexpected content, so keep this in mind when enabling automation.
Your instructions guide the AI but do not override Ovation’s safety and hospitality standards.
AI may adjust phrasing to ensure responses remain respectful, non-harmful, and appropriate for customers.
Brand voice instructions apply company-wide and cannot be customized by location.
