Open the Oculus application on your computer.
Find and select "Devices" on the left hand side menu.
Select the Oculus headset you are using.
A side menu will appear on the right of your screen. Scroll down to "Reset default view in VR"
Input your required height.
Your height in VR should now be reset. Enjoy!
