You may need to uninstall older OMS programs to make room for updated versions.

Open up the "Add or Remove Programs" application on your computer. The easiest way to find this is to type it into the search bar next to Start

Scroll down until you find the "OMS Client" application. Click on it to reveal the Uninstall button.

Click Uninstall to remove the program.
