If you are having trouble connecting to WiFi when setting up your Quest 2, try the following steps:
Try moving closer to your WiFi router or modem to receive a stronger signal
Make sure you are entering the correct WiFi password
Check that your Quest 2 headset and the smartphone you are using to run the Oculus app are on the same WiFi network
Try a different WiFi network. Remember - your Quest 2 and smartphone that is running the Oculus app must be on the same WiFi network
To change the WiFi network your Quest 2 headset is connected to:
Put on your headset
Press the Oculus button (O symbol) on your right touch controller to bring up your universal menu
Select Settings
Select Device
Select WiFi
Choose the WiFi network you'd like to connect to
If prompted, input the password for your chosen WiFi network
Select Connect
