Market-specific reward thresholds

Set different reward thresholds per Shopify Market or currency.

If you sell in multiple Shopify Markets / currencies, you can set a separate goal amount per market. A customer in EUR might see a €50 goal, while a customer in USD sees a $55 goal — same tier, different price.

Primary currency for conversion

Your store's primary currency (the base currency set in your Shopify settings) is the currency Oxify considers for conversion. If a market does not have its own goal amount, the threshold you entered in your primary currency is converted to the customer's local currency automatically.

The conversion uses Shopify Markets' own dynamic exchange rate for each market. Oxify does not set or maintain this rate, it simply follows Shopify's. Because that rate changes day to day, a market without its own goal amount can show a slightly different threshold each day (for example, €100.00 today and €100.18 tomorrow). Setting a market-specific amount pins the threshold to a fixed number that never moves.

Why this matters

Currency conversion isn't a 1:1 mapping for psychological pricing. €50 feels right; €54.78 (a literal conversion) feels random and unprofessional. Set each threshold to a clean local number.

How to configure

  1. Open the reward tier.

  2. For each enabled market, enter the goal amount in that market's currency.

  3. Save.

Test each market

Open your store in incognito and switch markets (via your Shopify Markets URL or country selector). Confirm the goal label shows the correct currency and threshold for each.
