This article explains how Paage works with Zelty, how to create vouchers on Paage, and how your restaurant staff should process them on the Zelty system.
How it Works
Paage allows you to sell vouchers that customers can redeem at your restaurant using the Zelty POS. The integration uses a Zelty API that connects your Paage account with Zelty to enable seamless voucher redemption directly at the POS.
Creating a Voucher on Paage
Log in to your Paage dashboard.
Navigate to the Products >Vouchers section.
Click + New product.
Fill in the voucher details, such as:
Voucher value or discount
Validity dates
Usage conditions
Save and generate the voucher.

How Restaurant Staff Should Use Vouchers in Zelty
When a customer is at your restaurant and wants to use their voucher, you can easily validate it through your system. Simply ask the customer to present their voucher code or QR code, then scan or enter it to confirm its validity. This process ensures a smooth and efficient redemption, helping you provide excellent service while keeping track of voucher usage.
1. The customer presents their voucher
The customer gives the gift voucher code or QR code to the waiter/waitress.
2. Open the Paage view
On the Zelty POS, when you are on your order/table, click on Payment.
Then click on ⭐ Loyalty and the Paage view should open.
3. Scan/enter the gift code
Scan the QR code or manually type the voucher code to retrieve it.
4. Voucher validation and deduction
If the code is valid, the voucher details will be displayed.
Then click Use for payment in order to use the voucher.
The gift card appears as a “Paage” in payments.
Note: from the moment you click on Use for payment it de-activates the voucher code on Paage to ensure codes are only used once. If for some reasons you need to cancel the redemption of your voucher code you can still do it from the Paage dashboard (https://app.paa.ge/en/store/products/vouchers?tab=orders)
5. Settle the remaining balance
If there’s any remaining amount due, the customer pays it normally (cash, card, etc.). Then close your table/order.
6. Tracking usage in Paage
On Paage, the merchant can see when and where the voucher was used.
You’ll see a line like this:
Usage: “Zelty – Restaurant X”
This indicates that the gift voucher was redeemed through a Zelty PoS.
✅ That’s it — the voucher has been successfully redeemed!
Both systems (Zelty and Paage) stay automatically synchronized.
