[Physical product] How to send tracking to your customer

When you make a physical product sale, you need to create fulfillment before we automatically send emails to the customer.

Follow the steps below to learn how to create fulfillment for an order, or visit this article for more details.

Go to Transactions > Click on your sale.

If you select "Shipping", you should :

  • Pack and ship your products

  • Create fulfillment to share to your customer the tracking link

    • Select your product

    • Click on "Continue"

    • Enter tracking link

    • Click "Complete"

  • The status of your sale is now "Shipped"

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent automatically to your customer.

Below, you’ll find the email templates sent to your customers:

  • The first email is sent when the order is "Confirmed".

  • The second email is sent when the order is "Shipped".
