Don't panic if you forget your password, it's simple to reset!
Select the 'Forgotten' option for the Password field.
Enter your account number and the email address that you use for your account login, then select 'Request Password Reset'.
An email will be sent to you containing a unique link to reset your password.
💡 If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox or your junk folder after a few moments, please contact your IT team as it may have been blocked from reaching you.
Click on the link in the email.
Enter a new password into the 'New Password' field.
Confirm the new password by entering it again in the 'Confirm Password' field.
Select 'Save'.

Password are case sensitive and should be a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 number and at least 1 special character.
