I have forgotten my password

Don't panic if you forget your password, it's simple to reset!

  • Enter your account number and the email address that you use for your account login, then select 'Request Password Reset'.

  • An email will be sent to you containing a unique link to reset your password.

💡 If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox or your junk folder after a few moments, please contact your IT team as it may have been blocked from reaching you.

  • Click on the link in the email.

  • Enter a new password into the 'New Password' field.

  • Confirm the new password by entering it again in the 'Confirm Password' field.

  • Select 'Save'.

Top tip!

Password are case sensitive and should be a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 number and at least 1 special character.
