Pricing, as well as the agents and chat are in Beta. But as of now, you get unlimited chats on Wikipedia on the Free plan. And limited messages to Pro agents
Free Plan - Unlimited chat with Wikipedia, some messages to Pro agents.
Pro Plan - More messages to Pro agents.
Business Plan - Even more messages to Pro agents than Pro.
How can I add list from chat to a map?
You can click "Share" and it'll create a new map from that chat.
For now, you can't add a list or place to an existing map (coming soon).
How many messages do I get?
Agents and chat are in Beta, so these limits might change, but you get around:
10 Pro messages on Free per day
25 Pro messages on Pro per day
90 Pro messages on Business per day
Just using Wikipedia is completely free and unlimited
