If you have spots in the same location, address or building, then they will overlap. To fix this, you can temporarily delete the address from the address field and manually move the spot around to a slightly different spot. Once you've moved it, you can paste the address back in.
Click into the spot you want to move or is being hidden
Make sure you're in "Edit mode"
Click into the "Address" field
Delete the address
Go to the spot itself in the map canvas, and click and hold to drag it slightly somewhere else
If you want, now you can paste the address back in the address field
