Click "View details" on the line you would like to enroll in credit building with.
Click "Start building" on the Credit Builder screen.
(If you don't see the credit builder card, please verify that your line is activated.)
Click "continue" on the Start Building your credit screen.
4. Complete your personal information on the next screen and click "Continue".
5. Click "Verify" on the Confirm your Identity screen.
6. Confirm your Country of residence. (Please note that Credit Builder is only applicable to US residents only)
7. Select the issuing country of your identity document.
8. Select the document type of identity document you will upload for verification.
*If you click "Continue on Phone", a QR code will be generated so you can resume using your phone and its camera. However, please note that you will need to come back to the desktop to sign the agreement. Only the ID upload can resume on phone.
9. When uploading documents such as your ID, please ensure that you upload both front and back.
10. When document verification fails, it means your entered personal information doesn’t match your submitted ID. To resolve this:
You need to contact customer support, who will coordinate with back-end team, to reset your applicant status.
11. When you receive an update that the application is reset, you may re-start the activation flow. Once you reach the personal information page, ensure the data matches the information on your submitted document.
12. Re-upload your document once your ID documents pass verification. It will show “Your ID has been Verified”
13. Review Agreement – Once you read the terms and conditions, click the checkbox to show agreement to the contract.
14. Click Enroll to complete the enrollment.
15. Congratulations for Completing your Credit Builder Enrolment.
