What is OnePool?
What is OnePool?
OnePool (US-China Shared Data Pool) is Panda Mobile's signature feature that allows you to use the same data pool in both the United States and China. This means whether you're in New York or Beijing, you're using data from the same plan without paying extra international roaming fees or purchasing separate data packages or changing SIM cards. One number, one plan, works in both countries.
How is it different from regular plans?
How is it different from regular plans?
Regular US carrier plans typically require you to:
Pay expensive international roaming fees (usually $10-15 per day) when in China
Purchase separate international data packages
Or change to a local SIM card with a different number
OnePool's unique advantages:
US and China share the same data pool with no extra fees
Keep the same US phone number
Data, calls, and texts all included in your monthly fee
Automatic connection, no manual switching needed

Panda Mobile offers various data plan options, from basic data to unlimited data plans. The specific data allowance depends on your chosen plan type. You can:
Visit our website https://pandacellular.com to view plan details

If you use up your plan's high-speed 5G data allowance, speeds will be reduced, but you can still continue to use the internet. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your data.
At that point, you can choose to:
Continue using the reduced-speed network
Upgrade to a higher data plan
The reduced-speed data continues to work in both the US and China.
If my data is throttled after reaching the limit in the US, can I still use it in China?
If my data is throttled after reaching the limit in the US, can I still use it in China?
Yes, you can continue to use it. OnePool is a shared data pool, so if you've used up your high-speed data in the US, you'll maintain the same network status when you return to China. Conversely, if you use up your data in China, the same applies when you return to the US. We recommend choosing a plan with appropriate data based on your binational usage frequency.
Does OnePool generate additional roaming charges?
Does OnePool generate additional roaming charges?
No! This is the core value of OnePool. Using OnePool service between the US and China generates absolutely no additional roaming charges. Your monthly plan fee already includes usage rights in both countries. Regardless of which country you're in, you're using the same data pool and the same plan—billing is clear and transparent with no hidden fees.
