Activate Your International Long-Distance Calling Feature (ILD)
Log in to your Panda Mobile portal: On the landing page, locate the line for which you want to activate International Calling (ILD).
Access Quick Actions: Click 'View All' under Quick Actions.
Activate International Calling: Find 'International Calling' and toggle it on to activate the service. Once activated, you should be able to use International Calling. For reference, please check this article to see which countries are supported and the required dialing format for each country.
Activate your International Data Roaming
Your International Data Roaming is already enabled automatically, so no additional activation is required. Just make sure that Data Roaming is turned on in your device's cellular settings to use the service while traveling.
International Data Roaming (OnePool) is currently available only to customers on the following plans:
Regular Panda Mobile Plans: Unlimited and Unlimited Plus.
Panda Mobile Student Plans: Student Unlimited and Student Ultimate.
What is OnePool Data?
OnePool is Panda Mobile's signature shared data feature that allows you to use the same regular data allowance in the United States and supported international destinations, without purchasing separate roaming data packages.
Supported destinations include:
Mainland China
Hong Kong
Taiwan
Japan
South Korea
Singapore
The Philippines
The great thing about OnePool is that your regular data allowance is shared between domestic and supported international usage. Whether you're in the United States or traveling to one of the supported destinations, you can use data from the same plan without paying additional international roaming fees or changing SIM cards.
