Currently, Panda Mobile has two marketing websites offering different packages and plans. While most basic services and features are similar across both sites, pricing and certain advanced features vary depending on the plan you choose.
Panda Mobile will soon be migrating all services to pandacellular.com. In the meantime, both websites remain active and available. The steps outlined below serve as a guide to enable your international features, such as International Long Distance calling or International Data Roaming, depending on which website you used to create your account.

Note: Currently, International Calling is exclusively available for customers on Starter to Unlimited Plus plans. International Data Roaming is available only for customers on Unlimited and Unlimited Plus plans.

Activate your International Calling Feature (ILD)
Log in to your portal.
On the landing page, 'view details’ > ‘manage’, then under ‘Your Plan’, look for International Calling and activate the service you need. Toggle on to activate.
Activate your International Data Roaming
Just a quick heads-up: Please check our website for the details of the plan you’ve chosen, including how much data roaming is included. Do note that the International Roaming add-on will expire on the same day your regular plan ends. It won’t renew automatically, so you’ll need to follow the steps in your portal to send a message and enable your roaming feature.
Log in to your portal.
On the landing page, 'view details' > 'manage', then under 'Your Plan', look for Roaming and Click Activate. That’ll automatically trigger a message to us so we can enable your international roaming or international calling.

Activate Your International Calling Feature (ILD)
Log in to your portal. On the landing page, locate the line that needs ILD activated.
Click the '+' to manage your line.
Find International Calling and toggle it on to activate. Once activated, you should be able to use the service. Use this article as a reference for which countries are available and the pattern to dial each country.
Activate your International Data Roaming
Your roaming is already enabled automatically. The great thing about this is that your regular data allowance is also used for data roaming—it’s shared. This is what we call OnePool Data.
OnePool (US-China Shared Data Pool) is Panda Mobile's signature feature that allows you to use the same data pool in both the United States and China. Whether you're in New York or Beijing, you’re using data from the same plan without paying extra international roaming fees, purchasing separate data packages, or changing SIM cards. One number, one plan, works in both countries.
