Panda Shield is included at no additional charge with these plans:
Unlimited Plus
Unlimited
Student Ultimate
Student Unlimited
For all other plans, Panda Shield is not automatically included. You can choose to add it for $2.99 per month per line.
Where to find Panda Shield
In your account, select your line and find Panda Shield under Quick Actions. Tap the arrow next to Panda Shield to expand its details and display the on/off toggle, as shown below. A green toggle means Panda Shield is on.
How to turn on Panda Shield
Sign in to your Panda Mobile account and select your line.
Expand your line’s details and find Panda Shield under All Actions.
Turn on the Panda Shield toggle. If it is not included with your plan, review and accept the paid add-on charge to enable it.
Panda Shield uses a single on/off toggle. Manage each line separately if you have more than one line.
How to turn off Panda Shield
Return to Panda Shield under All Actions and turn the toggle off. If you have a paid add-on and want to cancel it or check your charges, contact Panda Mobile customer support.
Will Panda Shield block every scam call?
No. Some scam calls may still get through, and some legitimate calls may be incorrectly identified or blocked. Warning labels and how they appear can vary by device and network support.
