Currently, Panda Mobile has two marketing websites offering different packages and plans. While most basic services and features are similar across both sites, pricing and certain advanced features vary depending on the plan you choose.
Panda Mobile will soon be migrating all services to pandacellular.com. In the meantime, both websites remain active and available. The steps outlined below will guide you on how to replace your eSIM, or generate and scan a new one, depending on which website you used to create your account.

Common issue with eSIM
eSIM not installing: Scanning your eSIM installation QR code gives you an error. Replacing your eSIM may resolve this issue.
Switching devices: You want to switch your Panda Mobile service to a new device. Generating a new eSIM then scanning it with your new device will switch devices.
Steps to generate a new eSIM
Ensure network connection: Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before starting.
Log into your portal: Access your account on our portal.
On the landing page, click 'view details' on the desired line.
Go to 'manage': Click on this option to start the process.
Generate a New eSIM: Under 'Your SIM', click 'Get new SIM' and choose eSIM to create your new eSIM.
Scan the QR Code: Use your new device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
