Before following these steps, make sure your device is eSIM-compatible.
Common issue with eSIM
eSIM not installing: Scanning your eSIM installation QR code gives you an error. Replacing your eSIM may resolve this issue.
Switching devices: You want to switch your Panda Mobile service to a new device. Generating a new eSIM then scanning it with your new device will switch devices.
Steps to generate a new eSIM
Log into your portal: Access your account on our portal.
Ensure network connection: Make sure your device is connected to a network before starting.
Go to "Manage Line": Click on this option to start the process.
Generate a New eSIM: Click “Generate a New eSIM” to create your new eSIM.
Scan the QR Code: Use your new device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
Old eSIM Deactivation: Your old eSIM will automatically stop working once the new one is set up.
