What to do if you need a new eSIM?

Before following these steps, make sure your device is eSIM-compatible.

Common issue with eSIM

  • eSIM not installing: Scanning your eSIM installation QR code gives you an error. Replacing your eSIM may resolve this issue.

  • Switching devices: You want to switch your Panda Mobile service to a new device. Generating a new eSIM then scanning it with your new device will switch devices.

Steps to generate a new eSIM

  1. Ensure network connection: Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before starting.

  2. Log into your portal: Access your account on our portal.

  3. Locate your active line: On the landing page, look for the active line that needs the eSIM replacement. Click the '+' icon to manage the line, then select 'Change SIM'.

  4. Select eSIM: Choose eSIM as your SIM type.

  5. Scan the QR code: Use your new device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
