If you only want to delete the account, please refer to the following operations.

Note: Deleting an account may be handled by the customer, and we are not authorized to help the customer delete the account.

There are two methods to close your account. One on your APP and another,on PC side.

Here the steps on APP:

1. Open the Pandabuy App, click the "Settings" button.

Haven't the app on your phone yet? DOWNLOAD NOW!

2. Choose "Close Account" and fill your account closing reasons.

3. And then fill in the verfication code and click confirm. Your account will be deleted.

Here the instructions on PC side:

1.Go to your Account page

2.Click the [Account Safety]

3.Then you can see a button "Close Account" to delete your pandabuy account

Note: If your Pandabuy account is authorized to be linked to Google or Apple, you are required to unbind the third-party account before you can delete your account.
