How to unlock the account

Hi there! Weclome to Pandabuy.😀

If you find that your account is locked, generally speaking, it may because you have initiated the chargeback. (You can contact your bank or paypal for more details)

When the customer initiated a chargeback, the Pandabuy system will automatically lock the account.

If you need to unlock your account

  1. Please cancel the chargeback first

    Here's how to close your dispute on PayPal:

    1. Go to Resolution Center.

    2. Click your dispute in the open case list.

    3. Click Mark this problem as resolved.

    4. Click Confirm.

    You can follow these steps:

    Here's how to close your dispute of Stripe/card:

    Please contact your card issuer bank to close the dispute.

    If there is a online customer service of your issuing bank, please contact them and close the dispute you have opened or you can log into your bank app to close the dispute.

    If there is no online customer service, please contact your issuing bank directly to close the dispute, and you can call the service hotline of the issuing bank or go to the bank directly to close your dispute.

    Sometimes we may receive feedback from customers that they did not initiate the chargeback. For this, please contact your paypal or bank for specific details ASAP❤️❤️❤️

  2. Please contact the email dispute@Pandabuy.com and provide the screenshots that show you have canceled the chargeback.

  3. The financial staff will unlock your account after they confirm the cancellation is successful.
