What to do when order/parcel enters risk control

Hey! If you find that your order or package has not been updated for a period of time after submission, it may be in risk control.

Order risk control:

Order shows "risk control" means your order may have some financial risks, it is waiting to be reviewed by the financial colleague.

What to do:

1. Wait for another day. The order will be processed normally after review.

2. If there is any problem, the financial team will contact you through the internal message in 24 hours. Please cooperate with them. You can check the message here ❤️

Cancel an order in risk control

If you want to cancel a risk control order, please wait for the finance team to complete the risk control review first. If the review is passed, you can directly click the cancel button on order page. If the review fails, the finance will also operate the refund. Normally it won't take too long during working time. Please wait patiently❤️

Parcel risk control:

There may be the following two situations when a parcel enters risk control:

Ⅰ.The shipping address when paying for orders or parcels is inconsistent with the final parcel address

PayPal/Stripe stipulates that we can only send the customer's items to the shipping address registered by the customer at the time of transaction.

If not, your parcel will enter risk control and cannot be sent out, the finance department will send an internal message to notify you, there are 2 ways to fix it:

  1. Cancel the parcel, and change the shipping address of the next parcel to be consistent with the shipping address when paying for orders or parcels.

  2. If you still want to send the package to the original address, you need to top up the amount they notified in the message and change the shipping address of Paypal/Stripe to parcel address while recharging, and the finance team will refund the previous money directly to your original trading channel after confirming that it is correct. And then your parcel will be shipped normally.

How to fix it:

(1) Paypal:

First of all, you need to log in to Paypal, add your package delivery address on your paypal address, and then use PayPal to top up the amount which the finance department notified in the internal message.

(2) Stripe:

When you use Stripe to top up the amount which the finance department notified in the internal message, you need enter the shipping address of your package.

After you have completed these operations on Paypal/Stripe, you need to reply to the internal massage sent by the finance department or contact our Online Customer Service, and provide the screenshot of the recharge. Our finance department will review your risk control package again within 24 hours. If it passes the audit of the finance department, your package will be packed normally by the warehouse and start shipping.

Ⅱ. Transaction doesn’t meet the seller’s protection

Because your transaction(freight) doesn’t meet the seller’s protection, this maybe because you haven’t logged into your paypal/Stripe, and pay as a guest. Then there maybe some risks.

How to fix it:

Please log into your Paypal/Stripe and top up certain amount (our finance team will send you an internal message and tell you the specific amount) to your Pandabuy account. The financial colleagues will refund the previous money directly to original trading channel after confirming that it is correct. And then your parcel will be shipped normally.
