Hey friend, are you curious about the meaning of different order statuses, or what needs to be done in the current status?🤔

Please check the current status of your order and select one status below, it will direct you to the specific explanation💫

Payment Pending:

The order is waiting to be paid (Maybe your card has been charged but it will have to wait for the bank/paypal to review, like Sofort, Paypal-e check, etc.) or you did not pay/did not pay successfully, so the money has yet reached our company account.

What to do:

1. Confirm whether the payment is successful.

2. Confirm success, wait for a while or contact the bank/paypal for confirmation.

Order Withdrawn:

You cancel the order before an agent takes it.

What to do:

1. Place an order again.

Order Canceled:

The agent cancelled the order, which may be due to out of stock, forbidden to be purchased, etc. The money is refunded to your Pandabuy account balance.

What to do:

1. Place an order again with Pandabuy account balance or withdraw the balance.

Risk Control:

Your order may have some financial risks, it is waiting to be reviewed by the financial colleague.

What to do:

1. Wait for another day. The order will be processed normally after review.

2. If there is any problem, the financial team will contact you through the internal message in 24 hours. Please cooperate with them.

Process Pending:

Your order is waiting to assign an agent by system.

What to do:

1. Wait for your agent to take the order. Usually it takes 6 working hours.

Under Process:

Your order has been assigned to an agent.

What to do:

1. Wait for the agent to purchase. If everything goes well, he will contact the seller and purchase for you today.

2. If there is any information that needs to be confirmed with you, such as paying underpaid domestic freight; remarks confirmation; no-return & replacement risk confirmation,etc., the agent will send you a message to confirm in 24 hours.

3. Contact your agent for any order questions.

Purchasing:

The agent is contacting the seller and paying for the product.

What to do:

1. Wait for the agent to purchase. If everything goes well, the status will change to "Purchased" today.

Purchased:

The agent has paid for and purchased the product

What to do:

1. Wait for the seller to ship, as for when the order will be shipped, that depends on the seller, kindly check the article here

2. Contact your agent if the product is not shipped for a long time, he is the person who can contact the seller to confirm the order status and when to ship.

3. Sometimes the seller ships separately or provides the wrong tracking number. The agent will contact the seller for confirmation. Please do not worry and wait patiently.

Underpaid:

The actual amount of the goods/freight is more than the amount paid previously.

What to do:

1. Click "Pay" button and complete the replenishment within 72 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled by the system and the total amount will be refunded to your Pandaby balance.

2. Cancel Payment if you do not want to pay. The total amount will be refunded to your Pandaby balance.

Under Process -- Confirmation:

Information needs to be confirmed with you before purchasing.

What to do:

1. Reply in the reply box below the order within 72 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled by the system and the total amount will be refunded to your Pandaby balance.

Seller Sent:

The seller has shipped the goods.

What to do:

1. Wait for the product to arrive at our warehouse, it usually takes 3-5 days.

2. Contact your agent if the logistics has not been updated for a long time, he is the person who can contact the seller to confirm the order status.

Return Pending:

You have submitted a return application. Your agent is negotiating with the seller for aftersale confirmation.

What to do:

1. Wait for the agent to process it. He will deal with it within 48 hours.

2. Contact your agent if you would like to cancel the return or ask more questions.

Return Processing:

The seller agreed on the return and we have sent back the item, normally the return process takes 3-7 days and depends on the seller, your agent will follow up on this.

What to do:

1. Wait for your agent to return the product. The process is to wait for the seller to provide his address first, then the agent returns the product to the seller. It typically takes 3-7 days for the whole process.

2. Contact your agent if you would like to know the return progress or ask more questions, he is the person who can contact the seller to confirm the order status.

Refunding:

The item has been shipped back to seller, we will refund customer once seller refunds us.

What to do:

1. Wait for the seller to refund, it typically takes 3-7 days.

2. Contact your agent if you would like to fast the process, he is the person who can contact the seller to confirm the order status.

Refund Processing:

The seller has refunded, the money will be returned to your Pandabuy account balance after review.

What to do:

1. Wait for the refund to process, it typically takes 24 hours for review.

2. Contact your agent if you would like to fast the process. The agent takes many orders every day, he usually deals with orders in turn.

Returned:

The money has been refunded to your Pandabuy balance.

What to do:

1. Pay for orders/shipping with the balance.

2. Click the refund button on the wallet page to withdraw money.

Exchange Pending:

You have submitted the exchange application.

What to do:

1. Wait for the agent to process it. He will deal with it within 48 hours.

2. Contact your agent if you would like to cancel the exchange or ask more questions.

Exchange Processing:

The seller agreed on the exchange and we have sent back the item, normally the exchange process takes 5-10 days and depends on the seller, your agent will follow up on this.

What to do:

1. Normally when we apply for exchange, first the seller will provide with the return address, the order will be shipped back to the seller. After received it, the seller will ship a new one, the whole proccess may take really a long time.

To make it quicker, here on pandabuy, we just return the order and purchase the product again, therefore the exchange order could be shipped soon. So it may happen when the agent purchase the item , the price is higer than before or it is out stock for the time being, hope you could understand 🥰. It typically takes 5-10 days for the whole process.

Exchanging:

The item has been shipped back to seller, we are waiting seller to ship out the exchanged new item.

Warehouse Received:

We have received your item. Next status is "Storing", then "Stored".

What to do:

1. Wait for the QC photos and check if the product is correct.

2. It will be completed within 24 hours. The step is quality checking, taking photos, weighing, measuring and warehousing in turn.

3. You can submit a parcel and apply for return or exchange on Warehouse page after the order status changes to "Stored".

Storing:

We have completed the quality checking and weighing/measuring. Next status is "Stored".

What to do:

1. Check the QC photos and wait for the item "stored". It will be completed in several hours.

2. You can submit a parcel and apply for return or exchange on Warehouse page after the order status changes to "Stored".

Stored:

The product is stored in the warehouse, you have 90 days of free storage.

What to do:

1. Pay attention to the valid storage period and submit the parcel.

2. You can apply for return or exchange on Warehouse page within 5 days of storage. If exceed 5 days, please contact your agent for help.

Pack Pending:

You have submitted the parcel and it has passed verification.

What to do:

1. Wait for the warehouse to pack and weigh. It typically takes 24 hours.

2. If you want to change the packaging requirements, cancel the parcel, etc., contact the online cs asap.

Parcel Processing:

Your parcel is under packing.

What to do:

1. Wait for the next status "Parcel Packed".

2. If you want to change the packaging requirements, cancel the parcel, etc., contact the online cs asap.

Parcel Packed:

Your parcel has finished packing and is waiting for the carrier to pick it up.

What to do:

1. Wait for the parcel to be delivered.

2. If you want to change the packaging requirements, cancel the parcel, etc., contact the online cs asap.

Sent Internationally:

Carrier collected, this item has been sent internationally.

What to do:

1. Check the status of the parcel on the 【parcel】 page, instead of the 【order】 page .
